Conditions

Upon arrival we support key collect at a small local shop in Riparbella. This is possible in opening hours of the shop. 08:30 -12:30 or 16:00-19:30. Outside these times we also support a method but details will be shared privately.

Basically act as you would do at your own home. Garbage can best be put into smaller bags and from time to time throw these away in the bins alongside the SP13. Garbage is normally separated for plastics, glass and plastic bottles. At the Entry of the Swimming Pool a list of Rules is explained in Italian and English language. Never leave your child unattended (also at the pool) as there is no swimmingpool-guard available.

A cleansing/Service deposit is approx. EUR 49,- per 7 nights (minimum) stay but is included in the daily rental price and no unexpected additions. Only for longer time rental the costs of use of Electric, Water and Gas will be charged based on actual costs.
